Multiboiler: Total Customization
The heart of Aurora is its multi-boiler system, which allows for independent temperature control of each brew group. This feature allows baristas to prepare different coffees with different blends, optimizing extraction for each type of coffee and satisfying every customer's tastes. Temperature programming to the nearest tenth of a degree and PID control via probes guarantee absolute precision, for a perfect coffee every time.
Technology and Performance:
- Soft Infusion (MODULO VERSION): The coffee is obtained through soft infusion, a process that enhances the aromas of the coffee and guarantees uniform extraction.
- PID Control: PID temperature control, with display to the nearest tenth of a degree, ensures maximum thermal stability.
- Independent Brewing Groups: The two/three independent brewing groups, each with its own 1-litre boiler, allow you to prepare different coffees at the same time.
- Electromechanical Lever Switches: 2/3 electromechanical lever switches with two independent doses for classic and precise extraction control.
- Steam/Hot Water Boiler: The 8-litre (12-litre for the three-group version) boiler for steam and hot water guarantees constant power and optimal steam management.
- External Finned Volumetric Pump: The external pump ensures constant pressure and flawless delivery.
- Advanced Features: Joystick steam taps, cool-touch steam wands, Eco function, stand-by function and programmable group washing complete the features of this exceptional machine.
